Part Number Tabs

At MSI we have an easy solution to help keep your production line moving smoothly and lower possible down time. The solution is properly identifying all labels, overlays, insulators and membrane switches that will be used on the end product. Simple as is sounds, at times during the designing of these parts this key element is left off and errors occur on the line as a result. Don't want the part number to show or no space for it? Not a problem. By adding a small tab showing the part number, your graphics are not disturbed and the tab becomes the separation point making it easier to remove the liner. Not only is there less confusion with no missing part numbers; the time needed to remove the backer and apply the label is reduced.
